Hello! My names Hollie I am 32 yrs old and I have always had a huge passion for animals.

 

I graduated from Nottingham University in 2012 where I studied Genetics. Following this I went on to study to become a Secondary School Chemistry Teacher. In 2018 I decided that I wanted to follow my passion and build a career with horses. So I went back to studying and I can honestly say its the best decision I have ever made. I had always been interest in Equine Massage and I was finally in a position where I could make this interest more than a hobbie. 

 

Due to both my parents being from a horsey background I have been riding since I was a toddler. However I truely learnt to ride  when we moved to France when I was 7 (here there really was no such thing as health and safety!). A few years later we moved back to the UK  I was lucky enough to get my first pony. This is when Norvic came along a 7yr old 12.2hh Welsh Grey Mare who taught me everything (including how to fall off, a lot!). I still have the pleasure of owning the little devil now 20+ years later. I now also own a 16.3hh Thoroughbred, he is exactly what I need (although rather accident prone and a little dopey!) but definitely my horse of a lifetime. My aim was British Showjumping, however due to Blue being rather clumpy it became evident he was much more suited to eventing. We have competed at BE90 where I have no desire to go any higher! These days however after the arrival of my first human baby, we are more suited to happy hacking.
