Equine Massage Therapy is manipulaton of soft tissue using the hands to conduct a variety of techniques and strokes.

A massage therapist will be feeling for any muscular tension, adhesions, swelling or spasm that may be causing your horse discomfort resulting in reduced performance or behavioural issues.

Muscles that are overworked or overstrecthed can become sore. As a result the horse may start to compensate, putting the extra strain on other muscles. The aim of massage is to increase circulation, relax the muscles, releive tension and improve range of motion.
